Our Finance & Audit Committee oversees financial management, internal controls, and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability. It reviews and recommends approval of financial statements, budgets, and policies while also managing risk assessment and conflict of interest disclosures. The committee works closely with external auditors to uphold regulatory and contractual obligations. Reporting to the Management Committee every six months, it has the authority to investigate financial concerns that may impact the organization. Comprised of Management committee representatives, members serve fixed terms to ensure strategic oversight and fiscal responsibility.
