Application Process
Applicants must submit the form titled ‘P1 – Innovation Fund Sabbatical Proposal’ (link) and address the following funding criteria:
- Identified Gap: Does the proposed therapy or approach currently exist in Ontario?
- Innovation: What is the clearly defined innovation, and how does it improve upon current practice?
- Potential Impact: Can this innovation be realistically implemented in Ontario?
- Proposal Quality: Strength of the proposal and the applicant’s qualifications and experience
Submission Process
Practice plans are responsible for collecting and coordinating the submission of all applications from their members.
