Our Nominating & Compensation Sub-Committee is responsible for identifying leadership candidates and recommending fair compensation for key roles within the organization. It presents nominees for the Chair and Vice-Chair positions prior to elections and ensures a structured selection process. Additionally, the committee evaluates and recommends appropriate compensation for the Chair, Vice-Chair, and AFP Director using a clear methodology that includes external benchmarking and internal reviews. Recommendations are presented to the Management Committee for discussion and final approval. Through its structured approach, the committee ensures strong leadership and fair, competitive compensation within the AMO.
